1. Eligibility

This application (“Mobile App”) is intended solely for the exclusive use of bona fide residents and registered unit owners of Pacific Plaza Towers Condominium Corporation (“PPTCC”). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are either:

• A registered unit owner of a residential unit within Pacific Plaza Towers

• A verified resident authorized by a unit owner to use the App

Unauthorized access or use by individuals who do not meet these criteria is strictly prohibited.

2. Verification

To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of the App, users may be required to undergo verification procedures, including but not limited to:

• Submission of proof of ownership or residency

• Approval by the PPTCC Admin Office

Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Use of Services

The App provides services, updates, and features intended to enhance the living experience within Pacific Plaza Towers. These may include:

• Community announcements and advisories

• Facility/Amenities reservations

• Maintenance requests

• Visitor’s registration

Use of these services must align with the House rules as set forth by the PPT Condominium Corporation.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

User data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the App’s Privacy Policy. Only authorized personnel will have access to personal information for verification and service purposes.

5. Termination of Access

The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to:

• Misrepresentation of residency or ownership

• Unauthorized sharing of access credentials

• Abuse or misuse of App features
